Bilt Hamber’s Surfex HD is a biodegradable, non-toxic all-purpose cleaner designed to remove the toughest grease and oil-based contamination without the use of solvents. And because it is water-based, Surfex HD is also effective on organic or water-deposited grime.

Use neat for all tough automotive, commercial or domestic cleaning duties. Surfex HD can also be diluted for lighter cleaning duties such as paint, wheels, tyres, interior fabrics and carpets, etc.

Great at cutting through grease and grime

Great used as a pre wash

This is great used as pre wash prior to UF snow foam. Used to use it 50/50 but now as low as 1/4 and still functions well.Should test even lower I suppose but not too expensive so all good.Doesn't seem to kill my wax even at high concentration. Great all rounder.

I didn't know I needed it, But I DID

I bought this just to make sure I had everything I could need for a weekend car prep, thinking I wouldn't even touch the stuff! How wrong was I! I used this product the most. I have 3 dilution ratios for different jobs. 20% for engine bays, 10% for Exterior body work, 5% for interior. This product shifted years and years of grease, algae, dirt and bugs. Great for spraying at 10% onto of your snow foam when more cleaning power is needed, or directly onto your engine bay at 20% to get it looking like new. Buy 5 litres and due to it being concentrate it will last you a long long time. Great all over the car as a pre snow from de greaser too! Cant recommend this enough!

Cleans so well

I bought some Surfex HD to try out in the engine bay of the XKR. Just squirting a small amount in one area at a time and wiping with a cloth / agitating with old toothbrush does wonders, you don't need to worry about cling filming components and jet washing the engine bay - far too scary - just apply this work it in and use a damp cloth to wipe away. Dry where you can and apply a plastic/tyre dressing to finish it off.
